Blu Suite Resort Beach & Spa is open from mid-March to mid-November, during all trade fairs and on New Year's Eve and Epiphany. The Blu Spa, on the other hand, is open all year round.
Check-in is from 2.00pm, and check-out is before 10.00am. On the day of departure, after checking out, you can always stay at the hotel and enjoy the swimming pool, spa, entertainment and beach for an extra charge.
The cancellation terms vary throughout the year based on the rate and offer. Check them carefully when booking.
We accept all credit cards, and you can also pay for your stay by bank transfer if you check in within 72 hours of the bank transfer being charged.
Yes, we have a free private car park with video surveillance and a garage with 25 covered parking spaces, for a fee (by reservation). Resort guests can also take advantage of two charging stations for electric vehicles.
Of course: we are happy to welcome them if they are small (up to 10 kg), at a cost of €20.00 per day. We provide food bowls and a comfortable pet bed. The Blu Beach is pet-friendly.
All rooms and suites at the Blu Suite offer the same facilities, except for the Blu Light type, whose guests have access to the beach and spa for a fee and do not have beach towels included in the rate.
With the Digital Concierge App, you can consult all the information about the Blu Resort at any time, book services such as the Spa and restaurant by scanning a specific QR Code. In addition, before your arrival, you can take a virtual tour of the room with photos, videos, tips and travel advice.
Lunch takes place from 12.30pm to 2.00pm, dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. At the Insolito Café, you can enjoy an excellent piadina at any time.

Yes, but if you stay in a Blu Light room, access to the Blu Spa is subject to charges. All guests can access the new Silent Spa, upon reservation and for a fee. Exclusive Club guests have unlimited free access to the Silent Spa.
If you book massages or treatments before your arrival at the hotel, we will grant you a 10% discount on the prices in the brochure. You can also book them on-site, individually or with the Cuddle package (if you book 3 massages, you get a 4th 30-minute massage for free). Exclusive Club members get a free massage.
Of course, our entertainment is included for all room types and involves children from 4 to 12 years old. Our entertainers look after the children for 10 hours a day, from 1 June to mid-September and during the spring and Easter holidays.

Children can have lunch and dinner with the entertainers in the RistoBimbo (from the age of 3) or with mum and dad in the Alma Restaurant. For the little ones, our chefs can prepare vegetable broths and pastes on a daily basis. In addition, every afternoon, we offer wholesome and colourful snacks to all children.
By joining the Exclusive Club scheme, you have access to a range of exclusive services, for which other guests are charged.

Membership of the Exclusive Club is only valid for the booked stay and no longer. For each subsequent booking, you can decide whether or not to purchase the Exclusive Club option.

You will also receive a daily change of beach towel, a sunbed in the VIP area of the beach, a reserved place in the garage and a relaxing 50-minute massage at the Spa. Finally, we offer you a welcome cocktail at the Sky Bar and the opportunity to dine at Alma Privé, if their rate includes dinner.
