The superb taste of wellbeing

Can you smell the warm scent of home-made cakes? And the intense flavour of tomatoes and basil that are grown in the vegetable garden nearby? Entering the Blu Garden restaurant is like diving into a world that is made up of these things: only fresh, healthy food that is produced in Romagna, and cooked in a balanced, yet imaginative way. The Blu Garden has chosen to obtain the VEGAN OK certificate, which is why, every day, we also serve vegetarian and vegan options, in addition to traditional cuisine. So you can keep in shape while you are on holiday, too.

For breakfast...

At breakfast, you will be greeted by freshly baked cakes made by our pastry makers, in addition to salad, vegetables, cheeses, and local cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, oil-seeds, and home-made jam and cakes. And it is all accompanied by a range of products that are chosen for their healthful benefits like chicory coffee, cleansing herbal tea, fresh honey, organic products for celiac sufferers, vegans, vegetarians, and guests who are intolerant to lactose.

For lunch...

We will help you feel light and healthy with a well-balanced, nutritious lunch. We serve first and second courses at the table, while there is a buffet of starters, sweets and fruit. In the menu you will find cereal, pulses, quinoa, bulgur, wild peas, azuki beans, lots of fresh fish and vegetables that are raw or cooked exclusively with evo oil, steamed, cooked on a low heat, as well as many spices, oil-seeds, and much more besides. And for young children, there are special “good and cute” menus which will be finished in one bite!

Snack time...

Nothing beats a warm piada, a salad, or a board of cold cuts and cheese. But we also serve freshly juiced fruit and vegetables, yogurt with fresh seasonal fruit, by the pool or on the beach at all times of the day, in total freedom. For children snacks are free every day!

For dinner...

At 6.00 pm treat yourself to a tasty aperitif by the sea, then at 7.30 pm join us for dinner by the pool. We always put on evenings with a different theme with a skilful blend of tradition and innovation. Meat, fish, and local vegetables cooked with imaginative spices, and local specialties like “Fossa cheese” from Sogliano, bread from Longiano, and cold cuts from Montefeltro.

Themed evenings...

Every evening, we serve different flavours and inspirations with unusual, original and traditional dishes which are made with top quality ingredients that we select with care. Here are some of the evenings that are not to be missed: Fiori a Tavola (Flowers on the Table), Ispirazioni d’Oriente (Eastern inspirations), Romagna Intorno a te (Romagna all around you) and Serata Grill (Barbecue evening).

Info and Times

The restaurant is open every day from May to Mid-September. Throughout the rest of the year, it is also open at Easter, during bank holidays, and for company dinners upon request. The times are the following: breakfast is from 7.00 am to 10.00 am, lunch is from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm, and dinner is from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The light menu which offers cold dishes, piada (stuffed unleavened bread), cold cuts, cheese, and large mixed salads is available at other times of the day or of the year.
