For breakfast...

Freshly baked goodies from our pastry chefs await you. As well as salads, vegetables, cheeses and local deli meats, fresh fruit, yogurts, seeds, homemade cakes and jams. On the side are products chosen for their goodness, like chicory coffee, purifying herbal teas, fresh honey, organic products for celiacs, vegans, vegetarians and lactose-intolerant.

For lunch...

Let us help you keep things light and tasty with a balanced, nutritious lunch. In our menu you’ll find cereals, legumes, quinoa, bulgur, cicerchie, azuki beans, plenty of fresh fish and vegetables that are fresh, or steamed, cooked in some oil, at low temperatures, with various spices, oil seeds and much more. And we have special tasty menus for our littlest guests which can be eaten up in the Lulù restaurant, open for lunch and dinner.

For a snack...

Nothing can beat a warm toasted sandwich, a salad or quick plate of meats and cheese. Or else a fresh-squeezed juice or yogurt with seasonal fruit, available anytime at the pool or beach. Free snacks are available for children anytime of the day!

For dinner...

From 6 pm on you can enjoy an open-air aperitivo by the pool or on the beach and join us for dinner after. A well-considered mix of tradition and innovation. Meat, fish and vegetables all from zero-miles and cooked with imaginative spices and local specialties, like formaggio di fossa cheese from Sogliano, bread from Longiano and salamis from Montefeltro.

Themed evenings

Not forgetting our themed evenings, like the Romagna evening, to allow you taste all the goodness of our region, ethnic dinners, the big meat or fish grilling feasts by the pool, the green-life dinner with organic, vegetarian and vegan food.

Info and opening hours

The restaurant is open every day from May 17 to the end of September. During the rest of the year it is open on Saturdays, bank holiday weekends and public holidays. The opening hours are: breakfast from 7 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 10 pm. A bar menu is available throughout the day and a menu of snacks and light drinks is available at other times. Full and half board are available upon request.
